    Yes – KX40 is designed to challenge everyone. Every class you do counts toward your 15 classes, so you can choose to complete our beginner, intermediate or advanced classes. Remember that you can also dial up or down the intensity during your workout to suit your individual needs.
    Chat to your trainer in-studio and they will be able to assist you in deciding whether KX40 is right for you and your fitness goals.
    Most of our studios release their schedule 40 days in advance, so you will have plenty of time to book in your preferred class times. Please contact your local studio for any questions about specific schedule information.
